### Accounting Manager; Flat Rock NC
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annual based on experience
Shift/Working Hours: Full-Time, On Site
About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with an established manufacturing organization to find a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager. In this role, you will lead core accounting operations, manage financial report preparation, and oversee daily financial activities to support organizational growth.
What you will do: Oversee general ledger functions, month-end/year-end closing processes, and annual financial report preparations. Manage daily cash flow, monitor receivables/payables, and supervise expense budget tracking. Supervise accounting staff, manage asset valuations, and ensure tax and financial compliance.
What you will bring: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Strong background in core accounting functions (ROI, cash flow statements, income statements) and experience utilizing ERP systems. Proven leadership abilities with strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
