Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety observations, address hazards, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
Production Leadership
- Lead daily mechanical assembly operations for slurry pumps and related equipment.
- Execute production schedules while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Resolve production issues and remove barriers impacting throughput.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, assembly procedures, and quality standards.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
People Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop assembly technicians and leads.
- Manage performance, attendance, training, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Machining teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Escalate material, capacity, or technical issues that may impact delivery commitments.
Performance Management
- Monitor and improve key metrics including safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
