Job Summary:
The Facility Supervisor oversees the daily operation, maintenance, safety, and security of PAFCO facilities. This role ensures the facility remains safe, clean, efficient, and properly maintained while coordinating employees, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facility and maintenance operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and grounds for safety and maintenance issues.
- Supervise maintenance, janitorial, security, and support personnel.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, repairs, inspections, and facility projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
- Respond to facility emergencies and urgent maintenance needs.
- Maintain work orders, inspection records, inventory, and facility documentation.
- Monitor facility expenses and assist with budget planning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities management, business, construction, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, property management, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general building maintenance, safety procedures, and facility operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees, vendors, and management.
Required:
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
