Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for final packaging, accurate labeling, and quality control of our custom cable products and hardware assemblies. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring our customers receive correct, high-quality orders every time.
Key Responsibilities
Bagging & Packaging: Carefully pack cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and small hardware parts into designated packaging.
Labeling: Print and apply accurate product, barcode, and shipping labels following specific order guidelines.
Quality & Accuracy Checks: Verify part numbers, quantities, and visual specs against pick lists and job sheets before final seal.
Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packaging supplies.
Teamwork: Work closely with the production and shipping teams to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on checking part numbers and details to prevent packaging errors.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to comfortably handle small parts, cables, and packaging materials.
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to operate labeling software/printers and look up part numbers (training provided).
Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 25–50 lbs] as needed.
Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous production, light assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
