Finance/Accounting Coordinator

Temp to Direct | On-site - Mission Viejo | $22-$25

The Finance/Accounting Coordinator will support invoicing, account reconciliations, data entry, and general office administration. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the potential to grow into additional responsibilities over time.

What We're Looking For
Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks preferred Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables Willingness to learn lookup functions (VLOOKUP) Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering information Order office supplies Good analytical skills and the ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies Basic understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliations Comfortable working with data entry and routine administrative processes Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities
Create invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systems Apply customer payments to open invoices and follow up on invoicing activities as needed Review and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks and other company systems Code credit card transactions and perform credit card account reconciliations Assist with account research and other accounting-related projects Order office supplies, and support general office needs Provide administrative support to the Finance team Perform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as assigned
