About the role

Join a collaborative team at the heart of Transgrid’s Corporate Affairs, Stakeholder Engagement & Environment (CASEE) function, for a max term - until January 2028 . As Team Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in keeping the business unit running smoothly, providing trusted support to General Managers and coordinating a wide range of administrative, team and operational activities. From diary and travel management to team events, reporting and stakeholder engagement support, this is a fast-paced and varied role where your organisation, initiative and attention to detail will help enable the successful delivery of critical projects that support Australia’s energy future.

About you

You are a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives on building strong relationships and supporting busy teams. With excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable style, you can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels while managing competing priorities with ease. You take initiative, anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoy creating efficient, well-coordinated processes that help teams perform at their best. Other requirements include:

- Previous or relevant experience as a group administrator or team assistant in a large organisation

- Familiarity with Office365 and a variety of document management systems

- Familiar with the use of a CRM, preferably Salesforce

- Demonstrated time-management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
