- TCSA Salaried Employees Award, Clerk Grade 7/8, annual package starting from $132,588 (includes base salary $116,981 + plus superannuation & leave loading)

Taronga Zoo Sydney is looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our MCF team!

Lead Taronga’s digital marketing strategy and bring our brand and experiences to life across every digital channel. Drive visitation and revenue, grow digital capability and lead a talented team to deliver campaigns that connect audiences with Taronga’s zoos, experiences and purpose.

About the Role…

Develop and manage the execution of digital marketing strategies and initiatives that drive visitation, associated revenue and brand advocacy for Taronga, it’s Zoos and products, as well as provide strategic guidance on enhancing Taronga’s Digital Customer Experience.

Key Accountabilities…

- Responsible for contributing to the achievement of annual visitation numbers and all associated revenue across Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo, via paid and owned digital marketing activities.

- Deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns and platforms within allocated marketing budgets and in accordance with Taronga’s 2030 strategy.

- Contribute to the development of Taronga’s annual portfolio marketing plan and budget across all revenue generating products and channels.

- Management of agency relationships including media and data analytics external partners

- Collaborate with broader internal business units to provide digital marketing strategy and execution best practice including fundraising, education, overnight experiences and membership products.

- Contributing to Taronga’s digital transformation, including discovery and implementation of new technologies that deliver enhanced guest experience and revenue opportunities.

- Support the facilitation of relevant digital reporting to ensure ongoing campaign optimisation

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to maximise efficiency and output whilst developing key talent and capability

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar capacity.

- Previous extensive experience and commercial achievement as a Manager within a digital marketing department or agency in a competitive environment.

- Obtain and maintain a current paid NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
