Roles and Responsibilities

You
approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what
the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working
collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output.

- A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar role, delivering
sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service
Quality.
- A good knowledge of Forbes Standards is an advantage.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with
fluency in English (Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred).
- Sensational Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience
for our Guests, in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a
Sensational Guest Experience.
- A steadfast desire to Improve Customer Satisfaction, showcasing a
commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- Remarkable Organisational skills, coupled with a meticulous Eye for
Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated
- A teamwork-oriented mindset, fostering Collaboration and Cooperation

- Comprehensive knowledge of First-in-Class sanitation and hygiene
practices.
- The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and
carry out physically demanding tasks, with FIVE-Styled Finesse.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and
holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
- A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
- Arrives to work promptly, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming
Standards and maintaining a polished appearance.
- Ensures the Impeccable Cleanliness and Sanitation of all kitchen
equipment, utensils, and workspaces, to meet the standards of our
‘FIVE-Star’ Environment.
- Contributes to the 'Vibe at FIVE' by assisting in the coordination
of Special Requests and delivering a Highly Personalised experience for
our Guests.
- Supports the Culinary and Service Teams with an Award-Winning
approach, ensuring a timely supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware,
and other required items.
- Executes the handling of waste and garbage disposal, adhering to
Established Guidelines to maintain FIVE’s Exquisite Standards.
- Expertly maintains a Hygienic and Orderly Environment, always in
compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Assists in the Next-Level setup and breakdown of Banquet Events,
ensuring Smooth Operations and Remarkable Presentation.
- Collaborates with ‘FIVERs’ to maintain an efficient workflow and
uphold FIVE’s Industry-Leading Service Standards.
- Promptly reports any maintenance or repair needs to the Team Leader
or Supervisor, ensuring a swift resolution.
- Meticulously adheres to established procedures for handling and
storing equipment and supplies, embodying FIVE’s Sensational Commitment to
Excellence.
- Actively participates in regular Training Sessions, demonstrating a
Continuous Improvement of skills and knowledge.
- Provides remarkable Support during inventory counts and stock
rotation activities.
- Anticipates and caters to Guests' needs, delivering Exquisite
service that Elevates Guest Satisfaction.
- Executes all tasks Efficiently and Thoroughly, in line with FIVE’s
Award-Winning Expectations.
