About this role
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our international team as a Working Student in Revenue Steering. In this role you will play a crucial part in improving our commercial strategies and internal communication.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data/Analytics, Business, Marketing or related fields with with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charting) and PowerPoint skills (thinkcell) ideally with a structured, executive-style storytelling approach
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., QlikView/Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus; fluent English (German a plus)
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently with deadlines
- Hands-on, structured and reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement in a dynamic work environment
- Interest in shipping, logistics, and digital tools
