Digital Delivery Manager (Civil 3D/BIM)

PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners.

Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada's largest airport for the future of air travel - including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Delivery / CAD / Civil 3D Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of BIM/CAD and Civil 3D standards, workflows, and digital coordination processes across assigned project scopes within the PACT program. This role will act as a key point of contact for BIM/CAD and Civil 3D related activities, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, model governance, data environment management, and the effective use of digital tools to improve project delivery, coordination, and reporting for construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM/CADand Civil 3D standards, workflows, and protocols across assigned project scopes.

- Act as a key point of contact for BIM/CAD and Civil 3D coordination, inquiries, and issue resolution.

- Facilitate collaboration between design consultants, contractors, project teams,and other stakeholders.

- Support the integration of BIM/CAD and Civil 3D with projectdelivery, design coordination, and digital delivery tools.

- Establish and maintain project data environments, including Common Data Environments (CDEs).

- Lead information audits and reviewsto ensure compliance with project standards and digital delivery requirements.

- Support the extraction and reporting of data for project planning, coordination, and reporting.

- Promote the adoption of BIM/CAD and Civil 3D best practices and continuous improvement across the team.

- Have an inclination to share knowledge with the team internally and externally to develop best-for- project solutions.

The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Yourwork schedule will be Monday to Friday during regularoffice or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on-call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degreein Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO), Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

- Minimum of 12+ yearsof experience in BIM/CAD management or related digitaldelivery roles, with construction experience considered an asset.

- Strong experience developing and implementing BIM/CAD standards, workflows, and coordination protocols.

- Proficiency with BIM/CAD and Civil 3D production software,including Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and similar platforms.

- Experience managingCommon Data Environments (CDEs), such as Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC).

- Strong understanding of model audits,clash detection, coordination workflows and procedures, and model quality assurance.

- Ability to support data extraction and reporting for project coordination, planning, and digitaldelivery objectives.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a complex project environment.

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, aviation, transit, or major capitalproject environments is considered an asset.

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) clearance.
