Digital Delivery Coordinator

PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting digital workflows and model development on the Pearson Airport Construction Team (PACT). This role works under the guidance of the Digital Delivery Manager and Specialist to ensure model updates, drawing extractions, and clash management support day-to-day construction activities. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position ideal for someone looking to grow in a high-performance aviation infrastructure team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate model uploads, version control, and file management within the CDE.

- Support drawing and quantity extraction from Revit and federated models.

- Assist with model validation checks, geometry reviews, and QA processes.

- Participate in coordination meetings, updating issue logs and tracking resolutions.

- Interface with design and construction teams to ensure model data is current and complete.

- Assist in preparing visualizations and model-based planning content.

WORK CONDITIONS

The position will be based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to the site offices and GTAA terminals as required. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work between approximately 8:00am–5:00pm with 1 hour lunch or as agreed upon with your manager.

DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES

- 2–4 years of experience working with BIM models in Revit and Navisworks.

- Familiarity with BIM execution plans, clash detection workflows, and issue tracking.

- Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced project team.

- Exposure to infrastructure or airport projects considered a plus.

- Technical diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or construction technology.
