What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process from invoice receipt through payment
- Perform high-volume 3-way matching and invoice processing
- Process 200+ invoices per week with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Partner with Supply Chain, Receiving, Inventory, and Accounting teams
- Support corporate credit card administration and expense management programs
- Process employee travel and expense reimbursements
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities and audits
- Support annual 1099 reporting and AP compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment
- Strong 3-way match experience
- ERP experience such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Tipalti experience
- Ramp experience
- Experience supporting travel & expense programs
- Experience in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or high-growth environment
- General ledger and reconciliation experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
