What You'll Do

- Manage project invoicing and billing based on contract terms, schedules of values, and project costs
- Review job cost data to ensure project expenses are captured accurately
- Support project financial reporting, reconciliations, and account analysis
- Review contracts, proposals, and change documentation to ensure billing compliance
- Process and track subcontractor documentation and contractual requirements
- Coordinate collections activities and resolve billing discrepancies
- Manage lien releases, tier releases, and supporting payment documentation
- Prepare certified payrolls, union documentation, and project compliance reports
- Support external audits and project billing reviews
- Partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate project financials

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of Project Accounting or Construction Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of job costing and project billing
- Experience processing invoices and managing project financial documentation
- Construction industry experience is required
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Vista ERP
- Experience supporting subcontractors or specialty contractors
- Knowledge of certified payroll, union reporting, and construction compliance documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
