Entry Level Engineer

Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer or Engineering Technician to support engineering documentation and manufacturing projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong SolidWorks skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with engineering drawings and physical components.

Responsibilities
-Create and update 2D and 3D drawings in SolidWorks
-Measure components and assemblies using calipers and other precision measuring tools
-Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
-Document parts, assemblies, and technical specifications
-Support engineering and manufacturing teams with technical documentation

Qualifications:
-Proficiency with SolidWorks
-Experience using calipers and other precision measuring tools
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
-Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-Experience creating engineering drawings and BOMs
-Familiarity with mechanical assemblies and components
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline

This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
