About this role
The future of work is being built right now — and you could be the one leading it. At JPMorganChase, we are investing boldly in transforming how our people work, how teams are organized, and how technology and human capabilities come together to deliver for our customers. You will directly influence how work is structured, how AI, automation and emerging technologies reshape work, organizational structures, and customer experiences, and how our teams are positioned to perform at their best. This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and technology — and your work will have a direct impact on the organization's performance and bottom line.
