Administrative Coordinator – Consumer & Retail Banking
Exempt: $67,000-$74,000
Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to
the Head of Consumer Banking and Retail and assisting with administrative activities across the branch network.
This position requires exceptional organization, scheduling, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
The ideal candidate will strategically manage complex schedules and administrative needs while coordinating
meetings, communications, reports, projects, and follow-up items involving Consumer and Retail Banking
leadership and branch teams.
Critical Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Head of Consumer Banking and Retail.
Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments and meetings, arrange conference calls, and manage
competing scheduling priorities.
Coordinate meetings involving branch managers, retail leadership, internal departments, and external
partners.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, correspondence, reports, and other materials.
Track action items and follow up with appropriate individuals to help ensure deadlines and commitments are
met.
Serve as an administrative point of contact between Consumer and Retail Banking leadership and the branch
network.
Assist with branch communications, schedules, meetings, events, training sessions, and retail initiatives.
Consolidate reports and information from branch teams and assist with preparation of management reporting.
Maintain organized files, records, contact lists, reports, and departmental documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative logistics as needed.
Assist with special projects and initiatives involving multiple branches or departments.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
Support preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings and branch manager meetings.
Perform additional administrative and project-support responsibilities as assigned.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Prior administrative coordination, executive support, banking, financial services, retail banking, or
multi-location support experience preferred.
