Job Description

Turn your communication skills into a remote career helping individuals and families make informed decisions about financial protection.

As a  Work From Home Client Representative , you will build relationships with clients through virtual meetings and help them understand available life and supplemental insurance benefits.

This is a client-facing insurance position that combines customer service with consultative sales.

What You Will Do

• Work with company-provided leads
• Contact clients to arrange benefit consultations
• Conduct appointments virtually through Zoom
• Identify client needs
• Educate clients about available benefits
• Explain coverage and answer questions
• Assist clients with enrollment
• Complete electronic applications
• Provide follow-up customer service
• Participate in ongoing professional training

There is no door-to-door prospecting required.

Requirements

Candidates must:

• Be at least 18
• Reside in the United States
• Have a reliable computer and internet connection
• Communicate professionally
• Be comfortable conducting video meetings
• Manage time effectively
• Be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, account management, healthcare support, or another people-focused profession is helpful.

However,  0 years of insurance experience is required , and entry-level applicants are welcome.

Compensation

This is a  1099 commission-only opportunity , not an hourly or salaried position.

Representatives receive weekly commission payments on eligible completed business. Performance bonuses and residual income opportunities are also available.

Training and Growth

We provide continued professional training and mentorship. Representatives can develop skills in client service, insurance, sales, leadership, and team development.

Leadership opportunities are available to qualified high-performing representatives.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
