KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape and execute region-specific growth strategy across BFSI segments (banks, NBFCs, insurance, corporates)
- Drive a consultative, solution-led sales approach (ratings, risk, analytics, research, advisory)
- Own top-line growth, margins, and regional business sustainability
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across product lines
- Manage and deepen relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and Risk Heads
- Anchor large, strategic mandates and long-term engagements
- Build regional market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities
- Position the organization as a trusted knowledge/advisory partner
- Lead and mentor a high-caliber sales team across locations
- Drive performance culture, governance, and pipeline discipline
- Work closely with analytical, product, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 12–20 years of experience in BFSI / financial services / ratings / risk / advisory sales
- Strong exposure to institutional selling and strategic account management
- Deep understanding of credit, risk, capital markets, or financial analytics
- Proven track record of managing large regional portfolios and complex deals
- Strong CXO connects within BFSI ecosystem.
