About this role
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits in Warehouse 311 and 312 to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Utilize SAP and SAP Console to monitor and maintain inventory records.
- Work closely with Quality and Production departments to verify part numbers and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain material master data and part information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Transfer inventory to correct warehouse locations as needed.
- Create and print inventory labels for parts and materials.
- Submit requests for inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Scrap materials and parts within SAP following company procedures.
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory variances.
- Follow all safety and quality standards while operating within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Forklift Certification and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Preferred
- Previous experience with SAP, inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
- Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
