二、职位概述
主计划员负责将销售预测、客户订单结合收入目标转化为合理、可执行的主生产计划及月度发运执行计划。
该岗位通过统筹需求、物料供应和生产能力,协调销售、订单管理、生产、采购及物流团队,确保生产和供应计划支持公司收入目标及客户交付要求。同时负责预测应用、 PR/WO 释放,以及 RFQ 阶段的供应提前期和产能可行性评估。
三、主要工作职责
- 根据销售预测、客户订单结合收入目标,将季度及月度收入计划转化为月度主生产计划。
- 平衡客户需求、收入优先级、物料供应和生产能力,确保计划合理且可执行。
- 定期回顾生产计划完成情况,识别交付风险,并及时完成调整。
- 管理计划周期、计划时界和冻结期,保持生产计划的合理稳定性。
- 与销售及订单管理团队确认客户需求日期、订单优先级和发运要求。
- 与生产、仓库及物流团队协调生产完成、包装和发运安排。
- 针对可能影响月度收入的订单,推动责任部门制定并落实恢复措施。
- 识别短期及中长期产能瓶颈,并向运营团队提供产能需求信息。
- 与运营团队共同制定加班、班次调整、外协、跨产线平衡或产能提升方案。
- 支持粗能力计划和产能需求计划分析,包括 RCCP 和 CRP 。
- 根据销售预测和业务计划,及时、准确地在 ERP 系统中维护预测数据。
- 管理预测版本、计划周期、产品系列及相关预测参数。
- 与销售和订单管理团队定期回顾预测变化、异常需求和需求风险。
- 根据主计划、 MRP 建议及实际供应情况,审核并释放采购申请和生产工单。
- 为销售和报价团队提供 RFQ 阶段的供应及生产提前期评估。
- 对重大项目或大额订单进行不同需求、供应和产能条件下的紧急交付响应。
- 作为销售、订单管理、生产、采购、工程、质量、仓库和物流之间的主要计划协调窗口。
- 与物料计划团队协同管理库存策略,优化库存管理。
四、学历及工作经验
- 本科及以上学历,供应链、物流、工业工程、运营管理、机械工程或相关专业优先。
- 三年以上制造业生产计划、主计划、物料计划或供应链相关工作经验。
- 具有工业设备、机械制造、按订单生产或项目型制造经验者优先。
- 具有 MPS 、 MRP 、产能计划和库存管理经验。
- 具有收入计划、销售预测、 SIOP 或 S&OP 工作经验者优先。
- 具有复杂产品、长周期物料或非标项目计划经验者优先。
五、专业知识与技能
- 熟悉主生产计划、物料需求计划、产能计划和库存控制。
- 能够将销售价值和收入目标转化为生产、物料及发运计划。
- 熟悉 ERP 计划模块,具有 JDE 、 SAP 或 Oracle 使用经验者优先。
- 理解预测管理、预测消费、 PR 释放和生产工单管理逻辑。
- 熟练使用 Excel ,能够进行计划数据整理和报表维护。了解 PowerQuery 者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析、逻辑判断和问题解决能力。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通、协调和影响能力。

Master Scheduler Job Description
1. Position Information
Job Title: Master Scheduler
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Shanghai
2. Position Summary
The Master Scheduler is responsible for translating sales forecasts, customer orders, and revenue targets into a realistic and executable master production schedule and monthly shipment execution plan.
This role coordinates demand, material supply, and production capacity across Sales, Order Management, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to support revenue achievement and customer delivery commitments. It also supports forecast application, PR/WO release, and RFQ-stage supply lead time and capacity feasibility assessment.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Translate quarterly and monthly revenue plans into monthly master production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and revenue targets.
- Balance customer demand, revenue priorities, material supply, and production capacity to ensure the plan is reasonable and executable.
- Regularly review production plan completion, identify delivery risks, and complete timely adjustments.
- Manage planning cycles, planning time fences, and frozen periods to maintain reasonable schedule stability.
- Confirm customer required dates, order priorities, and shipment requirements with Sales and Order Management.
- Coordinate production completion, packing, and shipment arrangements with Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Drive responsible departments to develop and implement recovery actions for orders that may impact monthly revenue.
- Identify short-term and mid- to long-term capacity constraints, and provide capacity demand information to Operations.
- Work with Operations to develop solutions such as overtime, shift adjustment, outsourcing, cross-line balancing, or capacity improvement.
- Support rough-cut capacity planning and capacity requirements planning analysis, including RCCP and CRP.
- Maintain forecast data accurately and on time in the ERP system based on sales forecasts and business plans.
- Manage forecast versions, planning cycles, product families, and related forecast parameters.
- Regularly review forecast changes, abnormal demand, and demand risks with Sales and Order Management.
- Review and release purchase requisitions and production work orders based on the master schedule, MRP recommendations, and actual supply status.
- Provide supply and production lead time assessments to Sales and quotation teams during the RFQ stage.
- Respond to urgent delivery requirements for major projects or large orders under different demand, supply, and capacity conditions.
- Act as the key planning coordination window among Sales, Order Management, Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Work with the material planning team to manage inventory strategy and optimize inventory management.
4. Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, material planning, or supply chain-related roles in manufacturing.
- Experience in industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, engineer-to-order, or project-based manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience with MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Experience with revenue planning, sales forecasting, SIOP, or S&OP is preferred.
- Experience in planning for complex products, long lead-time materials, or non-standard projects is preferred.
5. Knowledge and Skills
- Familiar with master production scheduling, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Able to translate sales value and revenue targets into production, material, and shipment plans.
- Familiar with ERP planning modules; experience with JDE, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
- Understand forecast management, forecast consumption, PR release, and production work order management logic.
- Proficient in Excel for planning data processing and report maintenance; Power Query knowledge is preferred.
- Strong data analysis, logical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Good cross-functional communication, coordination, and influencing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
