MiBRP trainee

Perfil : Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas , Ingenieria en gestion empresarial, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales, Psicologia . Brindar soporte a colaboradores en procesos de Recursos Humanos, así como apoyar en la organización, resguardo y digitalización de documentación para garantizar una atención eficiente y de calidad.

Principales responsabilidades

- Atender consultas relacionadas con RH, nómina y beneficios.
- Organizar, digitalizar y administrar expedientes.
- Actualizar información en sistemas y bases de datos.
- Elaborar reportes y presentaciones.
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de empleados.
- Apoyar en proyectos de mejora y digitalización.

Conocimientos y habilidades

- Estudiante activo de Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (80%).
- Manejo de Excel, Microsoft Office y Google Drive.
- Excelente redacción y comunicación.
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Actitud de servicio, proactividad y facilidad para trabajar con equipos globales
