What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer locations.
- Inspect equipment daily and perform routine vehicle safety checks.
- Provide professional customer service at delivery sites while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Operate chute systems and assist with unloading concrete in accordance with site requirements.
- Comply with all company, DOT, environmental, and safety policies and procedures.

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
