What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
- Load, move, and stockpile materials while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and production schedules.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, or similar environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic maintenance concerns.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow operational instructions and procedures.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
