Ready Mix Driver I

What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
- Deliver products efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Operate truck equipment and assist with the safe unloading of concrete at delivery locations.
- Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and operational procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with customers and team members.
- Capability to perform physical job duties, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
