Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Insurance Coordination (Remote) Job Description
This fully remote role focuses on supporting insurance coordination through accurate and efficient data entry, following clear instructions from a supervisor. You will work exclusively with digital forms and basic software applications, with no direct interaction with patients or clinic staff. This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the United States and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to support insurance coordination activities according to supervisor instructions.
- Review and interpret insurance-related information and enter it into online forms and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Use basic software applications to input, update, and maintain data in digital records and databases.
- Follow established workflows, guidelines, and procedures for insurance coordination data entry tasks.
- Verify that entered information is complete and consistent, and correct any discrepancies or errors as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Communicate promptly with the supervisor or designated team members if issues, questions, or inconsistencies arise in the data.
- Prioritize and manage assigned workload to meet productivity and quality expectations in a remote work environment.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with no travel required, and the role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will perform all work from your chosen remote location using a computer and internet connection, primarily within basic software applications and online forms. The work consists of focused, computer-based tasks with no direct patient or clinic interaction. You will receive direction and instructions from a supervisor and are expected to work in a quiet, secure environment that supports concentration and protects the confidentiality of sensitive information. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
