Job Title: Specimen Processor Job Description Join our team as a Specimen Processor, where you will play a crucial role in receiving, processing, and preparing specimens for testing or send-out. You will serve as the primary contact for laboratory-related inquiries, providing essential information on testing requirements, specimen handling, and add-on requests. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal lab departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless operations, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to laboratory procedures. Complex or laboratory-specific issues will be escalated to the appropriate supervisor. Responsibilities

- Receive, process, and prepare specimens for testing or send-out.
- Serve as the main contact for laboratory-related questions.
- Provide information on testing requirements, specimen handling, and add-on requests.
- Coordinate with internal lab departments and healthcare providers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to laboratory procedures.
- Escalate complex or laboratory-specific issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
