What You'll Do

As an Architect Job Captain, you'll be a vital member of the project team, helping drive projects through design, documentation, and construction phases.

Responsibilities

- Develop and refine architectural design concepts.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage construction documents utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities.
- Review and implement drawing revisions throughout all project phases.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings and support project communication.
- Assist with project management responsibilities and team coordination.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of architectural experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Architectural license or actively pursuing licensure.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Construction administration experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
