This role will help lead and deliver the strategy for customer relationship management across all markets. This role will help build and strengthen profitable relationships with customers, utilising customer segmentation and creative to deliver CRM workflows. This is a global role with immediate focus on email marketing, however there is scope to grow across channels.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work across multiple brands, all with differing challenges and objectives. You’ll be within a group role, looking after a portfolio of brands. However, unlike other roles, your success is as driven by your soft skills as by your technical skills. Success in this role is reliant on integrating with key stakeholders within across the likes of brand, creative and insight functions.

What you’ll be doing:

- Developing customer centric CRM workflows to be deployed and scaled both globally and across brands
- Be a champion for customer segmentation and the value differentiation as well as the needs of different cohorts
- Understand the value of creative alongside customer segmentation and work with creative and brand teams to deliver best in class content execution via brief ownership
- Work with the agencies to maintain and deliver the roadmap, maximising return and managing internal stakeholders to make them aware of the longer term ambitions of in-channel tests
- Be an internal thought leader and champion for CRM
- Help to set customer targets laddering up to business ambitions and ensure deliver against key KPIs (e,g. frequency/retention)
- Be a key point of contact for internal teams, including trade and brand teams to ensure alignment for customer impacts on trade.
- Help educate and increase understanding of measurement techniques such as incrementality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer experience carries through into the onsite journey and that we have clear and consistent alignment on experiments taking place

What you’ll bring:

- In depth experience in one of email marketing, either client or tech side
- Proven stakeholder management skills, managing multiple relationships and being able to manage within a matrix organisation
- Previous experience building emails (via briefing to 3rd party or ideally hands on)
- Deep understanding of ESP technologies, and a viewpoint/opinion on the use of orchestration (ideally with experience with an orchestration platform)
- Experience with on site analytics tools with a proven track record in putting your analytical mindset to use when assessing what’s required within a campaign setup.
- A clear understanding of customer segmentation and the importance of creative optimisation/fit for format assets.
- Worked in a global role or across multiple international markets
