Job Description We are seeking an Office Administrator who will serve as the operational backbone of our Salt Lake City location. This role supports purchasing/vendor relationships, new hire onboarding, and facilities and administrative needs. The Office Administrator ensures a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace environment, acting as the primary point of contact for office administration, purchasing, visitor management, facilities coordination, and general office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the office to maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office purchasing, including ordering supplies, food, beverages, and other materials.
- Maintain inventory levels of office and break room supplies, ensuring all common areas are fully stocked and organized.
- Place purchase orders, track shipments, communicate with vendors, and follow up on outstanding orders or delivery issues.
- Coordinate general site management activities, partnering with vendors, facilities personnel, and internal departments to resolve office-related needs.
- Handle front office responsibilities including answering calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, and providing general administrative support.
- Welcome visitors, vendors, and guests, ensuring compliance with visitor management and security protocols.
- Assist the Human Resources Business Partner with new hire preparation and onboarding activities.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions or other site events as directed.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, professional, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with coordination of maintenance or repairs, including Environmental Health and Safety concerns.
- Support various administrative, operational, and special projects as assigned.

This is a Permanent position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
