Job Title: RIA Client Service/Operations Manager Job Description A prestigious wealth management firm in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Client Services/Operations Specialist to enhance the support of an office consisting of over five employees. This role demands full-time, on-site presence from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It offers a direct placement opportunity, ideal for individuals with substantial experience in wealth management client service and operations who are poised to assume leadership roles encompassing people management, mentoring, delegation, workflow management, and operational oversight. Responsibilities

- Support client service and account operations for a $1.2B+ AUM RIA serving 200-500 clients.
- Review an average of 15 solicited and discretionary trades daily, including block trading, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
- Craft proprietary daily market research reports to be presented directly to Wealth Advisors.
- Perform cash management activities across the client book in compliance with AML regulations.
- Prepare accurate client-facing financial reports and assist advisors with client review preparation.
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, functioning as their Wealth Management Associate.
- Deliver exceptional client service by anticipating client needs, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Participate in client meetings and present ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner.
- Prepare meeting materials and summaries and manage post-meeting action items.
- Oversee the gathering and maintenance of client information and ensure data integrity within the CRM.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial plans and utilizing financial planning tools and analysis to support client financial decisions.
- Oversee the new client onboarding process and ongoing account maintenance.

Essential Skills

- 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in the wealth management industry.
- Proficiency in platforms and software such as Schwab Advisor Center, iRebal, Orion, eMoney, Albridge, Salesforce, Drake Tax Software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Strong planning and calendar management capabilities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k match 6%
Employee Benefits 100% paid, but do have to pay for additional family members.
