Description
Perform duties required by CLIA/CAP.
Responsible for specimen processing, test performance and for reporting test results.
Perform routine qualitative and quantitative analysis of various clinical specimens including blood and urine.
Maintain records of laboratory results, quality control date, and laboratory procedures.
Perform and optimize NGS library preparation on clinical samples
Collect data as required by the SOP.
Maintain effective communication with supervisor on day to day activities and on-going experiments.
Coordinate with internal and external audits and report instances of noncompliance to the appropriate compliance personnel
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Science Degree with 1-3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory Science within the biotechnology or biomedical field.
***Open to entry-level CLS's but they MUST have their Generalist license

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
