What You’ll Do
• Package customer orders securely so products arrive protected and ready to use.
• Check product quantities and order details before shipment.
• Label, palletize, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with parcel carriers and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight providers.
• Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Keep packaging supplies and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with warehouse and office teammates to get orders out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Bring
• 1–3+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep orders and paperwork organized.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn shipping systems.
• The ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a busy warehouse.
• Comfort working independently and alongside a team.
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous packaging or shipping experience is preferred. Experience with LTL freight, common carriers, or industrial products is a plus.
