University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Albanian Caregiver to join our team in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients and their families to assist with daily living activities and promote an independent and fulfilling lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and monitor their health condition.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Observe and report any concerns regarding client health or safety.
Requirements
- Fluent in Albanian and English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation is a plus.
