## Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the DFW, TX area)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr | $19.50/hr (Bilingual, fluent in Spanish )
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

### Work Schedule
Training (First 9 Weeks): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Regular Schedule (Post-Training): Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
### What You’ll Be Doing
Assist customers via inbound calls and emails with warmth and professionalism. Research account details and specific plan options to offer tailored support. Complete financial transactions and navigate investment strategies. Follow up on outstanding account inquiries, updates, and escalations. Place occasional outbound calls/emails to collect or share important details.
### Qualifications & Requirements
Strong customer service background with excellent verbal and written communication. Comfort working with basic math, financial vehicles, and numbers. Texas Residency Required: Must be able to travel to our Addison, TX office to pick up your remote work equipment upon hire.
