FBA WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Warehouse
Pay : $15.50
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented FBA Warehouse Associate to support product preparation, quality control, organization, and outbound shipping operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, organization, and the ability to remain focused while completing repetitive tasks.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a small team, and able to meet weekly shipping deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, organize, and pack products for weekly FBA shipments.
Handle approximately 1,000–2,000 individual pieces of product per week while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
Record and track which products are placed into each shipping box to ensure shipment accuracy.
Lift, move, and handle boxes weighing approximately 40–50 lbs. on a continual basis throughout the workday.
Organize products efficiently and maximize available space within shipping boxes while working with products of varying sizes and shapes.
Follow established packing, quality, documentation, and shipping procedures.
Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Identify packing or shipping challenges and use problem-solving skills to determine effective solutions.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Work toward established weekly shipping plans and deadlines.
Work independently as needed and collaborate effectively with a small team during higher-volume production days.

Ability to problem-solve and make efficient packing decisions.
Dependable attendance and a strong sense of personal accountability.
Ability to manage workload effectively to meet weekly shipping deadlines.
Comfortable working independently for portions of the week and with a team of 1–2 additional employees as needed.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, packing, inventory, or material handling experience is preferred.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to continually lift and handle boxes weighing 40–50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
This is a 100% warehouse-based position .
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may be cold during the winter and hot during the summer .
Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.50 - $15.50
