What You Will Do (Job Duties):
Fabricate and assemble high-quality products according to technical specifications. Safely and efficiently utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Operate production machinery and specialized industrial equipment safely and responsibly. Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure strict quality control. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to optimize daily workshop efficiency.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Experience: Entry-level welcome; 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus. Skills: Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to skillfully use common hand and power tools. Blueprints: Ability to read—or quickly learn to interpret—blueprints and technical drawings. Traits: Strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks precisely, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] as needed.
