PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Supply Chain Manager for a growing manufacturing client. This role combines supply chain planning, logistics, and direct customer service representation (CSR) in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats, manage customer relationships, and optimize order delivery across domestic and international channels.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Management: Receive and address customer inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email. Partner with customers to align demand with available product supply. Process purchase orders following established client and account procedures. Establish lines of communication between the organization and customers to support commercial business and delivery goals.
Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Issue stock orders to affiliated branch and warehouse locations to maintain product availability. Monitor order entry, prioritization, completion, and shipping schedules with international production facilities. Track customer delivery performance metrics and maintain safety stock targets aligned with customer forecasts. Optimize supply chain operations and costs in coordination with shipping, purchasing, and logistics partners. Identify supply chain risks proactively and execute mitigation actions.
Systems & Administrative Support: Integrate customer orders and forecasts into order monitoring systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Access). Update or establish detailed procedures for supply chain workflows. Provide backup coverage for shipping and accounting tasks when needed. Support non-technical workshop duties as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Call Center, Contact Center, or direct Customer Service role required. 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in the Construction and Agricultural (AG) equipment market preferred.
Skills & Proficiency: Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) required; experience with QuickBooks preferred. Strong multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Travel: Limited travel required (up to 10% within North America).
