Job Title: Marketing Administrator Job Description

You will support marketing, proposal development, and business development efforts for a professional services organization focused on public-sector projects. Responsibilities
- Monitor bid and procurement websites for new opportunities.
- Download and organize RFQs, RFPs, and solicitation documents.
- Support proposal development, formatting, and editing of marketing and proposal content for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain marketing libraries, resumes, project profiles, and reference materials.
- Track industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Manage CRM database updates and data maintenance.
- Assist with document formatting, image resizing, graphic updates, and layout revisions.
- Monitor and track business certifications and compliance-related documentation.
- Support marketing and business development operations as needed.
- Ensure all proposal and marketing materials meet submission requirements and deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BA in Business Marketing, Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, OR 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within AEC, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related professional services industries
- Working knowledge of public agency procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, SOQ, compliance forms)
- Experience formatting and assembling compliant proposals in deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign); Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); CRM systems (Deltek VantagePoint)
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The role involves regular use of technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, along with CRM systems like Deltek VantagePoint.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
