Warehouse & Logistics Specialist
Location : Bend, OR (In-Person)
Compensation : $20.00/ hour
Position Summary
PrideStaff is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist for a leading industrial CNC machinery manufacturer in Bend.
Package, heat-shrink wrap, and prepare large machinery for national and international shipments. Operate forklifts to safely load, offload, and secure freight onto various trailer types. Inspect, document, and organize incoming inventory while conducting routine cycle counts. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities Package CNC tables, components, and accessories securely for shipping. Safely operate forklifts to load outbound machinery and offload all incoming freight. Apply protective heat-shrink wrapping to machinery using specialized equipment. Photograph outbound shipments and upload documentation into company systems. Inspect, receive, and stock incoming inventory into designated storage locations. Participate in routine cycle counts as well as quarterly and annual inventory audits. Maintain facility cleanliness, assist with light equipment maintenance, and strictly adhere to safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred (certification/training provided for the right candidate). Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a routine basis and comfortably climb in/out of semi-trailers regularly. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a fast-paced production environment preferred. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a track record of dependable attendance.
