Leading wholesale supplier to the flooring installation trade. We have locations in five States across the Southwest. We are experiencing big growth and need a Counter Warehouse Associate for our Tracy Branch. The ideal candidate is consistent, energetic and willing to learn. We work in a fast-paced wholesale warehouse/retail environment serving flooring installation contractors.
In this position, you will interact with and get to know loyal customers as well as co-workers. You may also periodically assist with overflow warehouse duties. It's a physically demanding--you'll be on your feet at a Sales Counter all day--but rewarding job.
Job Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent (Ex: GED)
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States
Additional qualities considered an advantage:
Experience operating forklift and/or pallet jack
Attention to detail
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Core Job Duties
Interacting with customers to take orders for products
Assisting customers with technical questions about products
Entering and finalizing customer orders
Preparing and placing special order requests with our Purchasing Dept
Pulling product from warehouse for customers
Stocking products in showroom
Cleaning and organizing showroom
Assist the warehouse with overflow duties.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
