Job Title: Aerospace Engineer Technician

Job Description Join our dynamic engineering team to manufacture, assemble, and test various aircraft components, machinery, and equipment. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, reporting observations and results to customers and engineers, and completing tasks and projects to meet customer requirements. This role requires the ability and willingness to work in a manufacturing machine shop environment. Responsibilities

- Manufacture, assemble, and test aircraft components and equipment.
- Resolve technical issues and report findings to customers and engineers.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects.
- Work in a manufacturing machine shop environment.

Essential Skills

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in manufacturing and assembly.
- Proficiency in using power tools, precision measuring tools, and test equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
- 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with machine assembly and troubleshooting.
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, math, and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Willingness to travel to local and occasionally international customers.

Work Environment Work in a manufacturing setting, engaging with specialized test equipment and aerospace components. This role offers hands-on experience with high-speed rotational testing equipment and exposure to diverse tools, machinery, and instrumentation. The environment is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with backgrounds in machining, military, maintenance, manufacturing, or technician roles.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stow, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $83000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
