The Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims
SIP certification
Experience with analyzing complex claims data, translating findings into strategic, actionable recommendations
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
Microsoft Office and various claims database management systems
The Key Contributions:
Create presentations for training purposes on all updates on policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedures
Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities
Oversee all internal and external audits
Comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
