About this role
As Senior Manager (m/f/d) Human Resources you will be the key strategic partner for the Area Germany & Central Europe, shaping people strategies that align with business goals. You will work closely with the Area Managing Director and HQ functions to ensure a coherent, business‑oriented HR approach, fostering an inclusive culture, high employee engagement and robust governance across the region.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant HR / HR Business Partner experience
- Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions
- Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and challenge senior leaders
- Solid experience in organizational development, change management, talent management and workforce planning
- Sound knowledge of German labour law and works council law
- Fluency in German and English
- Leadership experience is a plus
