About this role
As part of the AI Hub within the Data Insights & AI Department (DIA), you will manage Hapag-Lloyd's Citizen AI products and help colleagues use them in their daily work. You will support citizen developers, test tools and features, and turn recurring needs into reusable examples and accelerators. You will manage product access and costs, support training and pilots, and coordinate connections to relevant systems.
- Experience in product management, digital workplace services or technology enablement.
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants and low-code or automation tools for business tasks.
- Understanding of enterprise access, licensing, support, data handling and AI output limitations.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience creating learning materials and supporting communities.
- Ability to use adoption, user feedback and cost or benefit evidence to make product decisions.
- Fluency in English and ability to work across business and technical teams globally.
