About this role

Our mission at Les Nouvelles Recrues

We recruit you for who you are, not only for what's expected of you — and above all, we help you find THE role that fits YOU.
Today, we're recruiting an Social Media / Content Creative for our client, Chain of Events , the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.

About the company

Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

- Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
- RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
- MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group , the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

Role Overview

Chain of Events is looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creative intern to help shape how RAISE Summit shows up on social, working closely with and reporting into the Marketing Manager for Social Media & PR, within the wider marketing team led by the Marketing Lead for RAISE and MACHINA. This is a creative, hands-on role for someone with a strong eye and an editorial instinct - equally comfortable cutting a keynote clip, designing a speaker carousel, writing a LinkedIn post a CEO would happily share, and trying the newest AI tool before anyone else on the team.

RAISE speaks to a senior audience - C-suite leaders, founders, investors, and researchers - so the bar for content is high: refined rather than loud, intelligent rather than academic, and never hype for its own sake. You'll turn a deep library of sessions and speaker content from past editions, plus a year-round flow of speaker, sponsor, and ecosystem news, into content that keeps RAISE in the conversation between editions and builds anticipation for 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Create platform-native content from brief to final edit - short-form video clips, carousels, speaker and sponsor announcement assets, quote cards, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Mine RAISE's session recordings and archive for clips, quotes, and insights, turning past editions into year-round editorial content.
- Produce speaker announcement waves using the RAISE design system and templates, keeping every asset on-brand.
- Capture content at RAISE side events, partner moments, and team activations throughout the year.

Social Channel Management

- Help run RAISE's social channels day to day - LinkedIn first, alongside Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok - against a shared content calendar.
- Write copy that reflects the RAISE tone of voice: refined, intelligent, global, and human.
- Support community management, engaging with speakers, sponsors, partners, and attendees, and flagging opportunities to the team.
- Help prepare content for RAISE spokespeople and founder-led posts on LinkedIn.

AI & Experimentation

- Use AI tools across the content workflow - ideation, scripting, clipping, captioning, image and video generation, and repurposing - and share what works with the team.
- Help build a faster, more repeatable content engine, from recording to clip to post, using the tools and templates the team is developing.
- Test new formats and ideas quickly, and learn from what performs.

Performance & Insight

- Track channel performance and contribute to regular reporting, turning the numbers into clear recommendations.
- Keep a close eye on the AI conversation - news, voices, trends, and peer events - so RAISE's content is timely and relevant.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Knowledge

- Currently studying (or recently graduated) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, and eligible for an internship agreement in France.
- Hands-on experience creating content and running social channels, with examples you can show.
- Confident with short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) and design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Excellent written English and an ear for tone - you can write for a senior, international audience.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools, with hands-on experimentation already under your belt.

Working Style

- Ambitious and proactive - you take initiative and want your work to be seen.
- Thrives at pace, handling multiple requests and deadlines without letting the quality bar slip.
- Easy-going and low-ego, open to feedback, and a positive presence in the team.
- Collaborative - you enjoy working closely with PR, design, and campaign colleagues to land a shared moment.
- A genuine interest in AI and technology - this is essential, not optional.

Nice to Have

- A portfolio of content created for B2B, technology, or media brands.
- Experience clipping long-form video (talks, podcasts, interviews) into short-form content.
- Experience with AI content tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Higgsfield, Descript, or similar).
- French language skills.

What we offer

- Paid internship
- Attendance at RAISE, MACHINA and Signal Week, alongside the most influential people in the industry
- 100% Navigo, meal vouchers (€12.79/day, €8 employer-covered)
- A diverse, multicultural team and real, visible impact on the work

Recruitment process

- Screening Interview (30 min): first conversation about your background and motivations.
- Hiring Manager Interview (30 min): deep-dive with the hiring manager on the role and your experience.
- Use Case (60–90 min): a practical exercise, presented and discussed with the team.
- CEO + HR Call (15-30min)

Working Environment

This role sits within a fast-paced, high-energy marketing team supporting some of Europe's leading AI and technology summits. Social moves quickly, and so does the event cycle - expect steady weeks of planning and creation alongside busy peaks around announcements, launches, and side events. The ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and keep your creative standard high under pressure is essential.
