Role: Personal Development Centre Coordinator
Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary (Actual Salary): £28,347.29 to £29,289.61 per annum (Grade 7, SCP 15-17)
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday, Term Time only plus 15 days

The successful candidate will have experience working in a school environment and significant knowledge of the issues affecting students and young people, knowing how to offer supportive assistance. Essential skills include effective communication, proficient use of standard ICT packages (including Microsoft Office), and the ability to manage competing deadlines while working well under pressure. Experience working with students who have additional Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is desirable. Must also be able to relate sympathetically to students and identify potential safeguarding issues.
