Legal and compliance work runs on research, precedent and judgement. At Lexlegis.ai, we're rebuilding it with GenAI: faster research, sharper answers and workflows that used to take days now take minutes.
Few people need faster, more reliable legal research than India's courts and government legal teams, and few buyers are harder to reach. Deals move through tenders, empanelment and long procurement cycles, and they aren't done until the payment is collected. As Manager – Judiciary & Government, you'll own this segment end to end. You'll build the motion that brings Lexlegis.ai into courtrooms, tribunals and government legal departments across India.
What you'll own
One number: segment target attainment. It's backed by your tender win rate, new empanelment, deal cycles against plan and collections on government invoices.
Own the segment
- Own Judiciary and Government end to end, across High Courts, district and subordinate judiciary, tribunals, State law departments and PSU legal teams.
- Carry a personal number while you lead the segment.
Build the tender engine
- Build a repeatable tender and empanelment motion, covering GeM listings, e-tender responses and rate contracts.
- Manage long procurement cycles through to collection, not just to award.
Lead the team
- Lead a Team Leader and two Senior Account Executives to consistent attainment.
- Set the playbook your team uses to win and collect.
Open doors
- Build relationships with Registrars, Law Secretaries, judicial officers, tribunal registrars and PSU legal heads.
- Run Judicial Academy demonstrations and Bar and Bench association program.
Who you'll work with
You'll be building trust with people who decide carefully:
- Registrars and judicial officers of High Courts and district courts
- Law Secretaries and State law departments
- Tribunal registrars
- PSU legal heads
- Judicial Academies and Bar and Bench associations
You'll thrive here if you have
- 14–16 years of sales experience, including 5+ years selling to Indian government, judiciary or PSU buyers.
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Filed and won tenders and GeM bids yourself, with working knowledge of EMD, PBG and DSC requirements.
- Led a small team while carrying your own number.
- Comfort with 6–12 month sales cycles and treasury payment routes.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
Bonus points
- You've sold legal research, e-courts or other technology products to the judiciary.
- You hold a law degree. We love lawyers who moved into sales.
