Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You drive proactive product portfolio management in alignment with constantly analyzing market needs and business line roadmaps, while ensuring profit expectations and availability in target markets with clear value propositions are met.
- You proactively manage stakeholders to drive the success of your portfolio on both operational and management level (e.g. strategic alignments, Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Supplier Reviews).
- You ensure regulatory and quality conformance as well as compliance of your product portfolio.
- You support business operations to make your portfolio a true value-add for SHS solution offering.
- You ensure operational processes incl. data flows are running smooth to ensure our portfolio offerings are a reliable true value-add to our customer solutions.
- You continuously improve and automate processes incl. scalability of data flows.
- You work beyond the scope of Accessories on CT products and you have a passion for understanding & deep diving into clinical workflows.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You own a master/diploma degree in Medical Engineering or a similar technical background focusing on medical product industry.
- You have multiple years of experience in product / portfolio management as well as change management of bigger heterogenous target groups.
- You have gained sufficient experience in combining technical knowledge (data & IT) with medical understanding.
- You have profound experience in working within complex organizations set ups, across business lines and countries – especially managing stakeholder groups on both operational and management level.
- You are proficient in using state-of-the-art IT tools (e.g. MS Office, Snowflake, PowerBI) and clear maturity on digitalization incl. troubleshooting in complex environments.

- You stand out through strong initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm. Your structured and professional way of working enables you to handle even complex tasks reliably and on schedule.
- You impress with team spirit and analytical thinking. You are able to clearly understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions that create measurable value.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal, and are confident in an international environment.
- You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, across BL XP, CT and xBL, and bring them together through clear and reliable communication.
