Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with over 3 years of experience in manual and automated testing. In this role, you will design comprehensive test strategies, develop scalable automation frameworks, and integrate security and performance testing into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Strategy & Execution: Author and execute comprehensive test plans, test designs, test cases, and scripts, ensuring full traceability from business requirements to test outcomes.
- Automation Framework Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality test automation frameworks and scripts.
- CI/CD Integration: Run test suites and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback loops for the engineering team.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software defects through to resolution, and maintain data-driven dashboards to report on quality metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with development teams to analyze technical requirements and identify proactive opportunities for automation.
- Advanced Testing: Execute specialized testing protocols, including API validation, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning (SAST/DAST/SCA), and reliability assessments (stress/recovery/performance).
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous testing best practices, champion early quality interventions, and analyze metrics to drive overall product optimization.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience bridging manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Automation & Coding: Strong proficiency with Playwright and Selenium frameworks.
- API Testing: Hands-on experience with Postman and API validation protocols.
- Tools & Environment: Familiarity with Git, modern CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
