JOB DESCRIPTION:

CSR serves as the vital link between strategic design and ground-level execution. This role is built for a dynamic, field-oriented professional who excels at transforming high-level goals into measurable social impact. You will be responsible for ensuring that our interventions - ranging from climate resilience for construction workers to heritage conservation - are implemented with the highest standards of quality, transparency, and empathy.

Key Responsibilites:

Responsibility Area

1. End to end program management

• On-Ground Oversight - Conduct rigorous and regular site visits to monitor the progress of CSR programs. Ensure that project activities align with the approved Project Rural/Urban frameworks.

• Quality Assurance - Audit the quality of deliverables on-site (e.g., health camps, training sessions, or construction interventions) to ensure they meet GPL’s excellence standards.

• Timeline Management - Track project milestones meticulously, ensuring NGO partners adhere to implementation schedules and early-warning systems for potential delays.

2. Strategic Partner Management

• NGO Liaison - Act as the primary point of contact for implementation partners. Foster a collaborative relationship while maintaining strict accountability.

• Capacity Building - Work closely with partners to help them align their field operations with corporate reporting requirements and compliance standards.

• Conflict Resolution - Proactively identify operational bottlenecks or grievances on the ground and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track for potential delays

3. Impact Narratives and Technical Reporting

• Data Validation - Review monthly and quarterly progress reports from partners, ensuring data accuracy and technical consistency.

• Qualitative Storytelling - Move beyond basic numbers to capture "Human Interest Stories." Identify and document qualitative shifts in the lives of beneficiaries

Who are we looking for?

Education Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree from tier 1 educational institute (preferred) with relevant years of experience in development sector with preference for funding agency (CSR / Foundations) or intermediaries

Functional/ Technical competencies

- Proficiency in project management tools
- Impact assessment methodologies
- Professional report writing
- Understanding CSR
- Self-driven, accountable,
- Entrepreneurial with strong negotiation skills
- Cultural sensitivity, and the ability to communicate effectively

Work Experience
4-6 years
